Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, a bride wants to look and feel at her most beautiful. After all, the pictures taken on your big  day will be the ones you will be looking at for the rest of your life. 

 

The trial stage of bridal makeup is the most important to Claire. She will spend time with you getting to know your style and personality to ensure the perfect look is created for you. It is very important to Claire that the bride feels comfortable and confident with how she will look on her special day.

During the trial Claire will advise you on colours for eyes, cheeks and lips to bring out your best features. She will then apply the full bridal 'look' so you can visualize your wedding makeup on your big day.

Your finished look will be one that ties in with your personality and style and one that looks amazing all day in natural and artificial lights and will stand up to flash photography.

On the day Claire will travel to your choice of location - in the comfort of your own home or at your wedding venue, to re-create your chosen look. She will arrive at your chosen time and help create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while you prepare for your big day!

• 1 Bridal Trial - £65/£50 (Please contact for more info)

• Bridal Makeup On The Day - £120 : Bridal package includes a mini facial (includes soothing collagen eye mask incase the bride doesn't get a lot of sleep!), a set of individual or strip lashes of your choice as well as a lipstick or lipgloss (MAC or Charlotte Tilbury) of your choice to keep.The lip product is the only thing you will need to top up on your wedding day.

Please note a booking fee may be required to secure your wedding date which is fully redeemable against your final wedding day amount.

Booking fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Special Occasion Services

 

If you want to make a great first impression or just 'WOW' family and friends, Claire can finish off your perfect outfit with an extra special makeup look to suit your needs. 

Claire will create the look you desire - all out glamorous smokey eyes with lashes, to a fresh faced natural beauty.

Typical events include - Corporate events, Proms, Special Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas parties/dinners, weddings, Balls... etc.

  Fashion-Portfolio Services

Claire can provide different makeup creations for editorial and fashion shows as well as portfolio photo shoots. 

 

She can create looks from modern, classic beauty and high fashion makeup as well as designing new looks to suit your personal needs.

You will be able to work with Claire to create your perfect look for photography or leave it in the hands of a professional, safe in the knowledge that your finished look will be amazing on film or in photographs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. SECURING YOUR BOOKING

The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid the non-refundable £50 deposit to the makeup artist.

Arranging a trial does not reserve the makeup artist’s services for the event.

 

2. PAYMENT

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

The non-refundable £50 deposit paid by the client will be deducted from final balance due.

The trial must be paid either the day before via bank transfer or cash on the date of the trial.

The final balance is to be paid in full via bank transfer by the client either 1 day before the event or in cash on the day.

 

3. SURCHARGES

If you have a larger bridal party and it occurs that I am unable to get everyone ready on time I will bring along an experienced assistant with me.

 

4. TRAVEL EXPENSES

The total cost includes travel 20 miles radius of Kings Lynn but excludes tolls, congestion charge or parking costs.

Travel further than 20 miles shall be charged for travel time and petrol, please contact for quote. 

 

5. TRIAL

Trials are taken at my studio (Kings Lynn) unless otherwise arranged – travel prices then may apply. 

Unfortunately I cannot book in trials during some weekends due to high demand however I can accommodate either daytime or evening appointments Monday to Friday.

 

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

The client shall inform the make up artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. 

The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any know condition.

The make up artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behaviour.

 

7. CANCELLATIONS

The client at any point in writing can cancel the event.

The make up artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.

The client can cancel a trial at any point however a trial cancelled with less then 48 hours notice will be charged for at the agreed rate.

Cancellations made by the make up artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the makeup artists performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be offered, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.

 

8. PHOTOGRAPHY

The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artists website and social media pages. 

This includes photos taken by WEBBY MUA (possibly before and after photos) and photos taken by your professional photographer.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WEBBY MUA’s liability shall not exceed the charges paid under this bridal booking agreement.
WEBBY MUA shall have no liability for any third-party (product/service) whatsoever regardless of cause, even if it has been recommended.

By financially securing your deposit you accept these terms and conditions.
